Status Identity will evaluate risk based on a set of contextual factors without impacting legitimate user access. This risk-based, adaptive authentication solution will calculate a risk score in real-time based. The evaluation of risk is based on many factors including device identification, geo-location, IP address history, user attributes, and much more. If the calculated risk score is higher than a predetermined threshold, then a higher authentication requirement is enforced. The goal of Status Adapt is to gather available information from the user environment, compare it with a known user profile and determine if that user must meet stronger authentication requirements to be compliant with organizational policies.
